Nigel Thurlow is a Lean Evangelist, Continuous Improvement Leader and Quality Advocate, Agile & Scrum Coach, and ex member of The Machine That Changed the World (something he describes at "the greatest learning years of my career").
With a career that spans over 25 years international business experience across a broad spectrum of industry, he has had a strong concentration and enormous success in Enterprise Program Management helping to embody Lean and Agile cultures.
Considered by others as an expert in Lean implementation and process improvement, gained from a Toyota background, he evangelizes about quality improvement and waste avoidance, and uses his Toyota years as a foundation for teaching how to get more for less while continuously improving the organization to deliver better value to the customer.
After many successful years in the tradtional project management world as an industry accredited project leader, his focus is now on building and coaching high performing teams inside Fortune 500 organizations who are embracing change through the adoption of Lean, Kanban, Agile and Scrum, under various scaling approaches and frameworks, including Scrum@Scale (Scrum Inc), (SPS) Scaled Professional Scrum (Certified by Scrum.org), LeSS (Certified Practitioner) and SAFe.
