Salman is a seasoned agile coach at DKatalis Digital Lab, specialising in organisational adaptiveness. With over a decade of experience in both the public and private sectors, Salman has navigated the shift from managing traditional waterfall projects to modern agile products, in both heavily regulated domains as well as emerging industries and startups. He has witnessed how implementing Systems Thinking was beneficial in his effort to drive transformative change and create adaptive, self-managing organisations.

Salman is also one of the founding leaders of the Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) community in Singapore. Off hours, he finds solace and excitement in outdoor adventures and reading. Whether he's conquering cliffs, riding waves or simply delving into captivating narratives at home, Salman thrives on the diversity of experiences that enrich his life and inform his professional journey.
