Prior to Banking, mostly working in the telecoms sector, with a particular focus on start-ups in the Middle East in the fields of PMO, analytics, and technical & End-2-End Customer Experience Testing. Currently freelancing applying LeSS principles to the world of Aviation, Charity, Healthcare and Finance sectors. My specific area of interest is in desiging effective talent strategies and Organisational Operating Models to help LeSS flourish.
