Fresh from Canada: How to introduce change when no-one wants the change

Organizational change that is valuable and sustainable is hard work. I am often in situations where the senior management want the outcomes but are not willing to learn or even take necessary action to change things. The middle management do not want the change as it impacts them hugely. And the teams (and doers) dont want the change because there is no mandate or reason from above them to do so.

We will look at potential options, approaches and ideas for change - whether Scrum and empirical systems work at all and how to make them work, whether to force ideas from Lean and other approaches without consent, what to do when organizations do not subscribe for people and job safety, do not want to change roles and yet would want the outcomes.

We also analyze the validity of LeSS adoption techniques as one singular way as recommended in the framework. And potential options when these techniques are not appreciated or welcomed.
