Next Meetup we want to play the LeSS Dynamics Game
The goal of this game is to understand how organizational design using component teams leads to the waterfall and unnecessary complexity. In this game, you experience how a typical scaling approach we call “Copy Paste Scaling” results in not so good things in organizations.
This meetup is hosted at the event space of the Start Up Village (https://www.amsterdamsciencepark.nl/science-meets-business/startup-village/)
You can park your car in the neighborhood (paid). There is also a bus and train station near the startup village: Station Science Park. Its approximately a 5 minutes walk from this station to the event space.

18.00 - Walk in, grab some food and drinks.
18.45 - Welcome
19.00 - Start Gaming!
21.00 - Closure
On request we will also reserve time for an open space
