Doug is an experienced sales and pre-sales leader in the enterprise software and professional services spaces. Currently, Doug is the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) of LeadingAgile, LLC a business transformation consultancy based in Atlanta, Georgia. Doug and his team capture revenue by helping mid-sized to Fortune 100 companies change how they create value, speed time to market, and increase cost efficiencies utilizing LeadingAgile’s strategically-aligned System of Transformation and industry-leading System of Delivery. Doug leads all global revenue and sales operations functions and has responsibility to grow and scale LeadingAgile; and to create new monetizing structures.
Prior to LeadingAgile, Doug was Vice President of Solutions Consulting at CentralSquare Technologies, LLC, a Bain Capital and Vista Equity Partners company. Created by the merger of four innovative software businesses, CentralSquare is a software products leader serving the North American public sector. The 2,000 employees of CentralSquare provide software and services solutions powering over 7,500 public sector agencies that deliver vital safety and administrative services to 3 out of every 4 residents of the U.S. and Canada. While at CentralSquare, Doug was accountable for supporting both legacy products and cloud-based growth products in CentralSquare’s Public Administration and Public Safety & Justice business segments. Doug was focused on constantly improving CentralSquare’s ability to capture revenue and articulate the value of the outcomes that CentralSquare’s products and services provide.
Doug has also had global sales and pre-sales leadership roles in CA Technologies’ agile business unit, Rally Software, and a number of services companies. However, Doug is not your typical sales leader. He has led transformation for several members of the Fortune 500 and is an accomplished agilest in his own right. He also has a robust technical background and began his career as a developer and enterprise architect before being tricked into going into sales.
