If you haven’t had to deal with this question in an agile environment you have either been terrifically lucky or just haven’t got the right gigs yet.
Technical Excellence is the secret sauce to agility that the curators of the Agile Manifest knew about but, by default rather than design, it was never as possible as the stuff that’s easier to learn.
So if it is the agility (not so) secret sauce how do we get work to start creating software the right way onto our backlogs (or other work queues)?
