What language will the Conference be in?
Because of its international character, the language of the conference will be English.
Can I help out with the conference Organisation?
Thanks for your offer, but our volunteers have been working hard on this for many months now so we have enough hands. That said, do drop us a line at conference@less.works and come and say hello when you attend the conference. The LeSS community is very active so there are many ways for you to get involved: https://less.works/courses/less-events
What is included in the price?
Two full days of admission to the conference, food and drink during breaks and lunches, as well as dinner on the first evening. You also get a goodie bag of treats. Remember this is quite an intimate, interactive conference, so plenty of opportunity to get time with people who might be able to help you with any LeSS related questions you have, one on one.
Is there a group discount available?
Yes, if there are 4 or more in your party we will discount your tickets. Please email conference@less.works directly for more information.
Is my ticket refundable or transferable?
Yes, your ticket is refundable and transferable.
To transfer your ticket to somebody else, please contact conference@less.works. This can be done until 1 day before the conference.
Refunding can be done up to 7 weeks before the start of the conference.
Can I get an invitation letter for my visa application?
Yes, of course. Please, contact conference@less.works to arrange and provide all the details you like to have in the invitation letter.
Can we get a special invoice or document for our internal purchasing department?
Yes, of course. Please, contact conference@less.works to arrange.
Are there any discounts available?
Every Certified LeSS practitioner, Provisional CLP, Certified LeSS for Executive (CLE), or the LeSS Basics certification will get a 100 Euro discount on the regular ticket price, just remember you need to login into the system first and it will be calculated automatically.
Please note, one cannot combine discounts.
I’m an assistant booking for an employee. How can I do that?
You can book for any employee, by registering yourself. In the process, you can add additional people and exclude yourself.
If any of the people hold any of the following certificates, the €100 discount is not calculated. It is recommended those people register themselves by logging in with their less.works account.
It applies to these certificates: LeSS Practitioner (including provisional CLP), Executive certification, and LeSS Basics.
Are there any hotels which offer a discount if I attend the conference?
Yes, we have agreements in place with some local hotels. The offers are limited so please book in good time. For more information please look at the logistics tab.
How do I get there?

Is there vegan/vegetarian food available?
Yes, we will be catering for vegetarian and vegan diets.
I have a food allergy/intolerance, what do I need to do?
If you have a very specific allergy or intolerance please let us know ASAP (conference@less.works ) once you buy a ticket, so we can inform the catering staff. We work with the timescales given to us by the catering company and will do everything in our power to accommodate your preferences, and we will let you know directly if we cannot do it.
When can I have access to the video recordings?

Is travel and hotel cost covered for speakers?
If you are selected as a speaker, one person will get their travel costs reimbursed. That includes flights in economy class, hotel & ground transportation. That means if there are 2 or more of you speaking or presenting, only one set of costs will be covered. Please note we will reimburse hotel costs of upto 150 Euros per night.
Are Open Space speakers' costs covered?
No, only those people whose submitted talks have been accepted as speakers, will have their costs covered. Anyone attending the conference has the ability to speak at the Open Space and is actively encouraged to do so.
Do I need to register if I am a speaker?
No, your tickets will be issued directly by the Conference team. Please note, that only a maximum of 2 free tickets will be issued, which means if there are 3 or more people speaking or presenting on the same topic, only 2 will have their tickets covered.
I have submitted a talk proposal but I haven’t heard anything.
Your submission will be reviewed by the committee. You will receive confirmation whether or not your submission is accepted in early May 2025.
