Staying Adaptive in the Age of AI

How is AI influencing real agility in organizations?
LeSS and the Agile Consortium are running a short survey to understand how AI is affecting collaboration, learning, and delivery in real teams — beyond tools and hype.

Your insights will help shape practical guidance for staying adaptive and human-centred in our work.
The survey takes ~4 minutes, and we’ll share the results in our December newsletter!

We’d love to include your voice 👇

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)

This year, at LeSS2025, DEI clearly struck a chord — from Saloni Seth-Watkins’ inspiring talk, the vibrant Open Space discussions, to the question in the Q&A on Day 2.

DEI is about making sure everyone has real access to contribute and be heard. Even in a global and diverse LeSS community, we can still improve how our system invites and supports different voices — which strengthens learning, collaboration, and product outcomes.

We recognize there is still work to be done and are excited to announce that DEI is a formal community topic!

You are invited to participate in the #dei channel to share your thoughts, ideas, suggestions or participate in improving LeSS, less.works content and future conferences & events.

  1. Step 1: Join the LeSS Slack community (free!)
  2. Step 2: Join the  #dei channel

Video: CafeTalk 5 - Rethinking rewards

Viktor Grgic and Bastiaan van Hamersveld talk about how you reward people in a way that truly supports learning, collaboration, and long-term product outcomes—without falling into the trap of measuring individual performance in complex work.

What my daughter's film industry job taught me about AI and the future of work

I have a sister and a daughter who work in the film industry. What’s happening there should terrify every organization leader.

Productions that currently take 1,000 to 2,000 people to complete are shrinking dramatically. Not by 10%. Not by 20%. The scale of reduction is orders of magnitude larger.

This is happening right now. These are very early days for AI, and the disruption is already visible...
