My working life started working in IT support and software development some 19 years ago. From there I worked my way up through the ranks (and a through a couple of companies) to become a Project Manager. It was whilst working as a PM I first encountered Agile around 8 years ago, since then I have become more and more interested in Agile principles and practices.

For the last 2 years I have been working for Radtac Ltd where I am an Agile Trainer/Coach and Head of Training.

I deliver training courses in Accredited Kanban Foundation, Certified DSDM Agile PM, Certified BCS Agile Practices, Scrum, generic Agile techniques, and SAFe!

A member of the BCS Agile Expert Panel, and an author of the BCS Foundation in Agile Practices syllabus, examination and course materials.

I am a Certified Scrum Professional, Kanban Practitioner, DSDM Atern Agile PM practitioner, Certified Collaboration Architect, SAFe Programme Consultant, PRINCE2 Practitioner, and Certified LeSS Consultant.

And now a co-author of the BCS book “Agile Foundations – Principles Practices and Frameworks”.
