As transformation lead and agile (teams) and leadership (executives) coach, I am in the business of guiding companies and individuals towards the change journey, build and/or increase their agility as a mindset and as a way of working and support them designing an
organizational structure that enable faster delivery, answers to clients changing needs, staying competitive on their market. My drive is to contribute to support an overall agile transformation journey.
Along my personal learning journey, I discovered my inner drives at work: continuous learning though experience in different environments, working in team to leverage on the power of the co-creation and shared expertise’s, being at the service of individuals and organizations by sharing keys, strategies and techniques to collaborate-deliver-reflect- improve, contribute to put in place a sustainable organization.
I love working in team, contributing to a higher purpose, I am delivery and solution oriented.
My measure of success? When I am no longer needed as a coach because my clients became autonomous and able to embody their changes and sustain their growth.
