Arash is an evangelist of agile mindset. He strives to raise awareness of how Agile is not a collection of practices and how teams must focus on value and culture rather than just "doing agile". Arash specialises in helping teams move from "Shu" level of "following best practices" to "Ri" level of "coming up with their own best practices".
Arash is a Certified LeSS Practitioner, a SAFe Program Consultant and a Certified Scrum Professional. Over the years Arash has held various roles including Developer, Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile coach, and Trainer.
