As a Scrum Master and Project Manager, he is leading to facilitate, implement, support and coach the Agile development projects and Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) implementation. He provides professional coaching and mentoring to the Agile project teammates from South China and overseas (e.g. Australia, United Kingdom, The Netherlands, Mexico, Panama, and Indonesia and etc.).
He is also responsible for the project management office to define the standards for project management and make sure the projects and programs are run in the repeatable, right track by the standardized way.
In addition, he is proficient in different kinds of project management tools, e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, DOOR, HPQC, SharePoint etc., to provide the management reports for the next level discussions and quick decision making.
