For the past fifteen years, John has actively coached agile teams and change enablement, ranging from C-Suite to delivery level. He has trained teams ranging in size from 10 to 200 in agile processes and helped them become more engaged with their customers and clients worldwide. John engages leadership to enable them to spearhead and lead their organizations in their agile journeys. In addition to working with leadership, John has worked with Portfolio and Product development teams to understand their customers' problems better and create better solutions for them. John helps organizations take a hard look at their capacity to deliver and moves them to focus more on the customer's needs and create valuable products. Over the course of his agile coaching career, John has worked in Australia, India, England, China, and all over the US.
