Nicholas is an Agile Delivery Manager at GovTech Government Digital Products (Platforms) and has worked with multiple cross-functional teams to create government digital products for Singapore citizens. He is an agile practitioner certified in LeSS and Scrum (PSM II) with over 5 years in the field, overseeing products like the Business Grants Portal, Build on BoB (a next-gen grants portal) and AISAY (an AI Document Parser).

At the 2024 LeSS Conference Singapore, Nicholas will be sharing about the lessons learnt from the challenges his teams faced while working on the Business Grants Portal and how LeSS enabled an environment and a cadence to address the bottleneck of learning.
