Personal Profile

Rizki YogaswaraAgile Coach
Jakarta, Indonesia

I currently do Enterprise Coaching and Organization Systemic Development with over 6 years of experience helping teams and leaders work better together. I’ve always been curious about what makes high-performing teams tick and passionate about creating environments where people can connect and thrive.

At Bank Jago, I coach self-managing teams and leaders to embrace uncertainty, experiment fast, learn relentlessly, and grow with purpose as they build life-centric financial solutions for everyday people.

I’ve never been one to call myself confident—failure used to intimidate me. But the "safe-to-fail" mindset in Agile movement unlocked something deeper, that's how I start my journey in Agile. Thorugh my journey, I’ve drawn inspiration from Peter Senge, Otto Scharmer, and Virginia Satir, blending their timeless insights with Agilility practices to create sustainable change.

I believe change starts with awareness, not directives. My job isn’t to force change—it’s to help people see the system, question assumptions, and spark conversations that matter. I lean into deep listening, sharp questions, and creating spaces where trust can happen

Outside of work, I find joy in music, yoga, and mindfulness, which shape my holistic approach to both personal and professional growth.
