I consider myself a creatively insightful professional with over twenty years of experience, initially as a developer, then progressively as a modern tester and quality assurance analyst. From my work within several different sectors, such as education, software development, finance, and state government, I've garnered a better understanding of how process and practice are best applied within the balance of what is valued by stakeholders and users alike.

My scrum mastery is centered on risk-based, context-specific, human-driven approaches to spinning the SDLC successfully within the DevOps / Agile Framework, and better yet when demonstrating how LeSS approaches and mindset elevate those practices effectively at and enterprise level.
