- Launch the Product Group: a super-charged week in which teams reorganise and make inter- and intra-team agreements.
- Post Launch Team and Organisational Coaching: once launched the teams and wider organisation do need further support to keep the continuous improvement flywheel spinning.

The result is a simplified organisation with higher transparency, a more resilient and adaptive organisation that has higher business agility, higher product agility, and higher team agility.

I facilitate Professional Scrum Trainings (Agile Leadership, Applying Scrum, Scrum Master and SM Advanced, Product Owner and PO Advanced, Scrum with Kanban, and Scrum with User eXperience, Facilitation Skills, Product Backlog Management), followed up as desired by a coaching track, and as part of agile transformations.
Courses are highly practical, conversation- and exercise-driven, without slidedeck presentations.
