I work as a freelance agile coach, which means I help organisations and teams to improve their way of working. I find a lot of good ideas and inspiration for my work in the world of philosophy, over the centuries many smart people have written extensively about deep questions that I recognize today all around me. 

I'm also a proud father of 3 bilingual children and a loving husband. And I like playing board games.

I believe the best ideas are simple ideas but that simplicity is hard to achieve.
