Valentin had onsite experience with many Agile transformations as start-ups or how to create high performing Scrum and Kanban teams using patterns and techniques with clients including: Walgreens Boots Alliance, Express Scripts, Abbott Laboratories, Baxter international, Bright Star Care, McDonald`s, FedEx, Newell Brands, Zurich Insurance and many others.
Valentin is training organizations in adapting agility in product discovery as well as product delivery. He is very comfortable helping to transform and transition existing IT organizations using Scrum and/or Kanban as well as educating other areas of organization and project stakeholders on how to build products they wish.
Valentin is a Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC) by ICAgile, and his agile competency is certified by various associations such as: Scrum Alliance (CAL-T, CAL-E, CSP, CSM, CSPO) and by Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) and by Scaled Agile (SA 4.0).
More, he maintains active other certifications such as: ITILv3, 6Sigma, CompTIA Network+ & Security+, Microsoft IT Professional MCITP, MCP, MCTS.
Valentin is an active member of several associations such as: Scrum Alliance, Project Management Institute, Agile Alliance, LeSS and SAFe.
