Before this, he gained experience in Program and Project Management for 10+ years, consisting of the successful commercial launch of products and many years developing program management further at the Business Unit and division level within Nokia, as well as at the company level at Nokia Siemens Networks.

His 3+ years of Round-The-World journey on a motorcycle with his dogs has sharpened his problem-solving skills. Besides this, he became a happy person and learned to practice the art of mindfulness.

Besides having a deep understanding of telecommunication, his latest assignments brought him to companies in insurance, retail, digital automation, pump solutions, mechatronics, and many more. In October 2020 he founded kai kaku Oy and continues to train and coach organizations in their transformations.
